Yesterday was supposed to be day 6 but ran into problems just as my workouts were beginning. On schedule was Burn2 and EZ55. Well I was having problems with Burn2. Didn't feel like lifting - not sure why as Burn 2 isn't nearly as hard as Burn 3 in my opinion. Well then my feet started to sweat and when they do that, they itch. So I tried taking off my shoes to stop the sweat but it was too late so I turned that DVD off.
I thought maybe if I sprayed something on my feet, that'd help. So I did and turned on EZ55. Well the spray made it worse as they were burning during EZ55 and had to stop about 10 minutes into it - I was really getting going but couldn't focus with the pain.
So yesterday was day 6 and I only worked out about 3 of the 6 days. At this rate, it'll take me 180 days to do the darn 90 day program. I really want to finish this goal/schedule by Thanksgiving but I need to get my butt back in gear in order to do that.
On tap tonight is scheduled Some stretching and core so I may skip that and try to do EZ55 again tonight. That'll be a calorie burner - and if I feel like it, maybe the stretching one can be done too but at this point, that's probably pushing it.
Hoping to have a much better workout and eating weekend.
I have decided. I'm trying to commit so I can succeed! I really am!

Rest Day I guess
Had every intention of working out today but then my Girls Night Out which was scheduled for 7pm got moved up to 6 pm leaving me 30 minutes of me time after work and didn't think it'd be a good idea go head out after a Fire30 workout!
So today wasn't the best calorie day. No workout and I ate out! yikes! Guess the next 4 days better be good so I can keep on track to lose some weight this week.
Well I'm tired - been a long day! Night y'all.

Day 3
On tap today was Chalean Extreme(CLX) Burn 3 and TurboFire(TF) Fire 30. I got a later start than I expected because I needed to run to the store for more peaches for the kids.
Anyway I realized I am not a fan of Burn3 today. It's my least favorite Burn workout. This has a lot of calf exercises and I don't like those - neither do my calves. So I lost my motivation shortly into them. I made it thru but didn't give full effort.
Fire 30 was hard today. I think because of the intense workout I did yesterday. I made it thru but had a few interruptions. The phone kept ringing!!!
Total burn for the 2 workouts was about 500 calories. Not bad but I ate that back in the form of a hamburger for dinner. However I am on track to make my daily calorie burn - Need to log the rest of my food yet but that should be close.
Decide, Committe, Succeed! You can do it!

Day 2 is in the books!
Day 1 was yesterday. I did ChaLean Extreme's Burn Circut 1 and TurboFire Fire 30 class. And I made it all the way thru without stopping! I was also proud of myself for getting most of the moves right in Fire30. When I first got that dvd, I loved it but stunk at the moves. But after about 5 times of watching it, I finally got them down. Now I rock at it and can't wait until next time. Burn 1 was tough. I had forgotten how much I hate lifting weights but I did it. And get this my Calorie burn for those 2 workouts was 604. And in addition to that I had to mow the grass for an additionally calorie burn on 500. Calorie burn was off the charts yesterday with around 3800 burned. Food choices weren't so great though. I really need to work on that
Today was Day 2. I scheduled torture for myself - ChaLean Extreme's Burn Intervals AND TurboFire HIIT 15. YEs both were intense interval training but I made it thru in 1 piece! And the best part is I didn't Fast Forward thru any of it or pause it. I did HIIT 15 first just because I knew that after Burn Intervals I wouldn't feel like continuing. I think Burn Intervals would be a good workout for a Fit Club meeting. It was cardio - not too intense - with light weight lifting rest periods. The calorie burn for today's workout was 571. A bit less than yesterday but today's did have a lot of recovery periods(which of course I love). Food choices were a bit better today but the hamburger I grilled killed the calorie intake for today. I just made a blueberry pie but can't eat it until I burn off the calories for it.
For those of you who don't know I have the bodybugg and have my goals set at 2 lbs a week which means I need a deficit 1000 a day to each that goal. I try to leave that deficit larger because I'm not the best at counting every calorie I eat.
On the plus side, My energy level is OFF THE CHARTS today. Between the Shakeology and working out, I can't sit still today. As soon as I sit, I get up and do something else(Which explains the baking of the blueberry pie and muffin - which are in the oven now).
Well Peace Out. Catch ya later - And if you read this, please follow me :)

OK back at it!
So after my long 'break' due to injury, vacation bible school, and my vacation to MI, I am starting ANEW tomorrow morning. I am going to Start ChaLean Extreme and TurboFire both by ChaLean Johnson. I have the next 30 days planned out. I had to modify the rest days and workouts a bit to fit my schedule so we'll see how well I can stick to what I have planned in my daily fitness planner. I am rededicating myself to workout out. I really want to be a before and after story and right now I'm no where near.
I am on a 90 day journey. More realistically It'll be a 100 day as days tend to creep up where I can't workout but by Thanksgiving, I hope to drop at least 30 pounds and be around 220. More would be wonderful if these programs really work! I really want to be around 200 by our annual trip to WI Dells so I can enjoy that a bit more and not huff and puff up the stairs.
Well since I'm starting tomorrow, I'm off to bed for a good nights sleep! Then tomorrow(after mowing and running errands-yuck!), It's Burn 2 and Fire 30. Bring It - Press Play - Just Do It!!!
Decide - Commit - Succeed

Home Party Tips!
So I'm having a home party to get people interested in Beachbody products and am wondering what you have done at your home parties. I have a ton of idea but would love to hear yours. My top idea is to bride people to bring friends with Shakeology! And a prize for the one who brings the most!
What have you done?
What have you done?
Shakeology
So I'm at my parents house tonight - trying to talk them into Shakeology but it's not working so I need help. Please comment here or email me your success with Shakeology. I would LOVE my dad to use it so he could stop his Lipitor meds and my mom wants to lose weight but is skeptical of what's all in it.
Also if you could share how you get someone whose skeptical to try it, I'd love to hear suggestions. Thanks a TON!

So which is your favorite and why? Let me know if you want more info on them - Contact at www.beachbodycoach.com/caring4kids
